Garlic and Chilli Prawns

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large red chilli, sliced thinly
- 8 gloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
- 500g raw prawns, shelled, leaving the tails intact
- salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add the chilli and cook until it starts to colour.
- Add the garlic and cook for a further few moments, but do not let it go brown.
- Toss in the prawns and sear until pink.
- Season with the salt and serve immediately.
